Return Policy
Refund or Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. All discounted, discontinued, special order, pre-ordered items, and masks are final sales and are not eligible for returns. In the case that a regular priced item becomes discounted or discontinued, only size exchanges for the same design and color will be accepted.
We have a 14 day refund policy with a receipt or proof of purchase. Beyond 14 days of your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange for your return with a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or will be collected prior to mailing.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you once your items are received.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected within 14 days of purchase, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. To complete your return for cash you must do so in person at our store with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please call or email us.
